In these days of vast amounts of indie publishing, not to mention traditional routes of providing the written word to the public, the number of available books is overwhelming. How to choose? It’s important to select a book that appeals to you, to the deepest part of your values and your interests. That’s what I want to write, and that’s why I hope people will choose my books.
Having already pursued several careers as a college instructor, public servant, local tour guide, grant writer, and museum curatorial specialist, I’ve recently embarked on a new vocation as a novelist. My previous nonfiction works explored subjects near and dear to me. Continuing that pattern and drawing upon my personal experiences, I’m looking to transform real-life events and environments into compelling fiction, anticipating that these stories will resonate with readers.
